Live By Faith Church Statement of Faith
Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. The Bible is the infallible, never changing Word of God, that was without a doubt, fully inspired, and verbally spoken by the Holy Spirit. The Bible was written without error, and it is God’s Word that reigns supreme and is the final authority in all matters of life.
Live By Faith Church Mission Statement
Our mission is to Love, Teach, and Save souls — reaching the lost, the least, and the left out. We exist to set people free through the power of Jesus Christ, spreading the Gospel to make disciples who live by faith. Through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we strive to impact people spiritually, helping them develop a deeper, more intimate relationship with God. By faith, we encourage and equip believers to encourage others in Christ. Live By Faith Church is a place where the Holy Spirit creates an environment that draws out each person’s full potential to fulfill God’s mission and vision.
What Do We Believe?
- The Bible is the Word of God and the Word of God is the only truth.
- There is only one God.
- The Trinity is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit
- Jesus, is the Son of God and the savior of this World. That Jesus died for our sins and that He rose from the dead. Through His sacrifice, we are made new people and He forgives us for our sins. That His precious Spirit fills us up and Jesus is the Lord of our lives.
- Jesus is alive, and He is coming back.
- Jesus is God, the living Word, who became flesh through the birth of a virgin and gave up His divine privileges as God.
- Jesus lived a sinless life. He voluntarily and willingly atoned for human sins by dying on the cross as our sacrificial lamb.
- We believe in and discuss the Holy Spirit
- We believe that all spiritual gifts and the Fruit of the Spirit are in full operation through the Holy Spirit
- We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a Godly life.
- We are unified by the blood and belief in our Lord Jesus Christ with others who believe the same.
- We will believe God, believe in God and live righteous according to God.
